Valley Veterinary Emergency Referral Center (VVERC) is the Shenandoah Valley's only critical care facility providing emergency services including on-site laboratory procedures, ultrasound, radiology surgery, monitoring & hospitalization for our beloved pets.

VVERC's Challenge:

VVERC had issues with staff using other email providers to perform company business. They needed to centralize all communications, increase visibility of their website and have a way of sharing documents to referring Veterinarians without faxing while also addressing concerns about privacy of their clients. They setup email accounts with other providers but not all documents were viewable and printable, which frustrated all parties involved.

DSL Data Service Solution:

We presented Office 365 Hosted Exchange and Hosted Exchange Services. This enabled the clinic to fully address all issues of communicating with referring Veterinarians and still ensure a high level of security.
